Why Louisville Homeowners Choose Us
Local, Not National Franchise
PM Painting LLC isn't a franchise. We're not a national chain with a Louisville zip code. We're a Louisville-based, owner-operated business. The person quoting your project, supervising your job, and standing behind the work all year is the same person: Phoenix Marshall.
Built for Kentucky's Climate
Louisville's humid summers, freeze-thaw winters, and Ohio Valley moisture demand paint products and prep techniques built for this region. We specify Sherwin-Williams Duration and Emerald, Benjamin Moore Aura Exterior, and weather-aware scheduling because we know what lasts here — and what fails.
Communication You Can Count On
Estimates within 24 hours. Daily check-ins during projects. A real person on the phone, every time. We've built PM Painting on the kind of communication most contractors stopped offering a decade ago.

Projects We're Proud Of
RELATIONSHIPS OVER TRANSACTIONS
What Our Clients Say
Phoenix isn't just a contractor - he's the kind of person you actually want at your kitchen table. Honest, direct, no high-pressure sales. He told us what we needed and didn't try to upsell us on a thing. Refreshing.
I've hired four different painters over the years. Phoenix is the only one who called the day after the job to make sure everything was right. That's the difference between a transaction and a relationship.
We hired PM Painting for our office and ended up using them for our home a year later. Phoenix runs his business the way I'd run mine - and that's a high compliment.
